The latest musical artist to dabble in the fashion industry is none other than Miss Fergilicious herself. Her collection of shoes, aptly name Fergie Shoes, consists of three styles: Kickin’ Back, Paparazzi Ready, Glitterati. Is this something that’s here to stay, or will it live a short life like so many other actor/musician brands? Time will tell.

If you’re not familiar with 80%20 footwear, its designed by Ce Ce Chin, who has worked for hte likes of Calvin Klein and Michael Kors. The concept behind 80%20 is that we wear 20% of our wardrobe 80% of the time, and her shoes, are meant to be part of that 20%. Items that you can’t live without, and wear almost all of the time. Karl Lagerfeld has teamed up with Repetto to design some shoes. They take inspiration from ballet shoes, and first popped up at Lagerfeld’s 2009 Spring/Summer fashion show, and will finally become available April 9th at Colette.

For her 50th birthday, Barbie will be getting her very own pair of shoes from Christian Louboutin. The designer chose Pantone 219 Pink, and will be debuting the creations during Mattel’s fashion show in February.

We’ve already reported on Insa’s debut collection of high heels. There is one style called the Cigarette, which comes in three colourways: the Lewisham, the Hackney, and the Chelsea. All are made from quality leather, and are now available from insa-heels.com for 200 Pounds each.

Insa recently reported on his blog that he is getting set to release his first ever collection of high heels. The UK street artist has been painting heels for years now, so it was only a matter of time before he came out with some actual heels. Not much else is known now, but they will be limited to only 100. We’ll keep you posted.
