After a first look, we bring you more from the PPQ x adidas collection. The range is best summed up by classics colours and shapes. To match the classic aesthetic, they went with the original adidas logo, which - if you ask me - is way better. Look for the collection to release later this month.

Following both Stella McCartney and Jeremy Scott, the next up to design a collection for adidas is London-based label, PPQ. As to whether this is the beginning of multiple collaborations is yet to be seen, but what is certain is that the debut collection releases soon.

There’s a lot that can be said about Amy Winehouse. For one, she’s adored by the fashion community. Karl Lagerfeld once called her his muse, later Roberto Cavalli went crazy for her. Jonathan Kelsey went so far to design his ‘Amy’ shoe, and now PPQ have teamed up with her on a capsule collection. Amy Molyneaux, designer for PPQ stated:

“The range will be all about high-end statement pieces, inspired by Amy’s style. For example maybe an amazing piece of jewellery like a bracelet or a dress. It’s going to be distributed online, we are going to be providing all materials and doing the design, but Amy will definitely be involved in the creative process. It will be very different to Peaches’ line for PPQ as that was more of a diffusion line - this will be a homage to Amy’s look.”
