Marc Jacobs ’80s inspired Fall collection consists of some great scarves. They come in 100 percent silk ($150) and a cashmere-and-silk blend ($450), and are printed with electric paisley swirls. I’d definitely sport one of these with a tee or sweater. Too bad they’re out of my price range.

Although the ‘Back to School’ season is still a bit away, but Marc Jacobs is already gearing up with this new Fall “Don’t Miss the Marc” capsule collection. It consists of two blazers, a couple tees, leggings and scarves. I don’t mean to insult my beloved Marc, but these are so ugly that if you send your kid to school wearing these, she’s bound to get a beat down.

Today, we get a look at the first images from Marc Jacobs’ Fall/Winter ad campaign. One of our favourite photographers, Juergen Teller shot the campaign, and the models are Natasa Vojnovic, Kamila Filipickova and Ajuma Nasenyan.

Going a new route, this year’s CFDA Journal doesn’t feature the usual models wearing the nominees designs. The actual designers sport their own creations. Marc Jacobs, for example, is shown wearing the all too familiar Louis Vuitton bunny ears. Jason Wu wears his gorgeous emerald green evening gown.

Marc Jacobs goes big again… The creative director for Louis Vuitton decided to go with Madonna to rep the LV 2009 Spring/Summer collection.

The photos were taken in the Los Angeles’ trendy Café Figaro, with photographer Steven Meisel behind the lens. I’d like to bring you’re attention not only to the shoes and the bags, but also to just how flexible Madonna really is…
