Swedish fashion colossus, H&M have teamed up with UNICEF and their All for Children program, which aims at defending the rights of children in India. The goal of the five-year project is to provide support to children living in one of the world’s most underdeveloped cotton-producing regions, and to improve their standard of living. H&M have donated $4.5 million in hopes that children will be given proper schooling as an alternative to working in the cotton fields. Another goal is to provide regular medical attention and food supplies.

Customers can also help by purchasing the organic cotton tote bag seen above, designed by Sonia Rykiel exclusively for H&M. It will be available on December 5th at over 1500 stores. 30% of the proceeds will go to UNICEF.

In late September, we reported that Sonia Rykiel would team up with H&M to design a collection two collections: an underwear line and a knitwear line. Here we get images of the former, which will be hitting stores December 5th. The models are Lara Stone, Caroline Trentini and Anne Vyalitsyna.

Just a few weeks left, until the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection hits stores, so we’re starting to see more and more images and videos surrounding the collection. Here we get a look at a video with Jimmy Choo founder, Tamara Mellon showing us her favourite pieces from the collection.

A few weeks back, we showed you the first ad campaign images from the Jimmy Choo for H&M, and now we have the TV commercial. Shot by Terry Richardson in The Standard Hotel in New York, it features Sasha Pivovarova and Edita Vilkeviciute.

The new Jimmy Choo for H&M hasn’t even hit shops yet, and today we received word that the next big name to create a collection for the Swedish clothing chain is Sonia Rykiel. The label’s president and artistic director, Nathalie Rykiel who will be designing two collections, the first one being a line of underwear that will hit stores just in time for Christmas on December 5th at 1500 H&M locations, while the second will be available nearly three  months later on February 20th. This collection will mainly consist of knitwear for the Spring season. This range, however, will be more limited, as only 250 stores will stock the goods.
