Found in the pages of Numéro #108 is a beautiful photo shoot by Solve Sundsbo by the equally beautiful Edita Vilkeviciute. I now oiled-up skin, and wet hair is somewhat of a cliché, but I couldn’t care less. Finally a photo editorial where the model isn’t sexy because she bares all. This is a perfect example of less is more.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have joined the ranks of celebs who give their names to a collection of clothing/jewelry. For Brangelina, they chose jewelry, and teamed up with Asprey to design cold and silver accessories. They named the capsule collection “The Protector”. The pair have been working on the range for the past year, which was inspired by snakes. All proceeds from the sales will go to help “Education Partnership for Children of Conflict”, which was co-founded by Jolie in 2006.

Claw Money has created a new range of items, aimed specifically for babies. The range includes several items in a range of colours and designs. I actually like what Claw has cooked up, and if when I do have a baby, there’s a good chance he/she will be rocking some Baby Claw:)

Daphne Guinness, who isn’t one known for her conventional style, has once again received some attention with the outfit she wore at the NARS 15th anniversary party, which included Alexander McQueen’s high heels from his upcoming 2010 Spring/Summer collection. This particular pair is probably the most subdued of this style, coming in a beige. I actually like these shoes, but think they’re more suited to the catwalk than anything else. My only suggestion to Daphne is if she was going to rock the shoes, she should’ve went all out and picked these ones.

Even Emanuel Ungaro himself agreed with the critics that the first collection Lindsay Lohan assisted in was a major flop. Not as if the Ungaro label wasn’t in trouble prior to hiring the actress as their artistic advisor, but it’s in an even bigger downward spiral now. To quote Emanuel Ungaro, the label is “in the process of losing its soul”. As if that weren’t enough, shops also share his thought. Both Net-a-Porter and Neiman Marcus (the only two retailers to sell Ungaro besides the Ungaro flagships) have removed Ungaro from the brands they stock. Lohan was brought on board to boost sales, but clearly this is not going to happen. There have been rumours she has not been paid yet, and the latest word is that she will be fired altogether. If that happens, obviously Lohan will have many things to fall back on, but what about Ungaro?

Not long ago, I discovered Fleet Ilya, and have been following their work ever since. Thanks to Highsnobette, we bring you their Spring/Summer collection for 2010, which - like previous collections - has me doing backflips. I especially love the grey glove thing (for lack of a better word), and the matching belt.

Well, I can’t say I was blown away by the music, but the visuals are pretty stunning. The video was directed by Francis Lawrence, and is from Lady Gaga’s latest album,  “The Fame: Monster”, which hits stores November 23rd.

Hellz and Mosley Tribes have teamed up to design two limited colourways of the Chambers sunglasses. One has a black frame with a red interior and grey gradient lenses, while the other is a tortoise frame with a jade green interior and spice brown gradient lenses. Each frame features a gold metal plaque on the inside as well as the Hellz familiar cracked bottle metal plaque at the end of the left temple.
