Half Chinese, half Irish, Bliss Lau was raised in Hawaii and studied in New York. She launched her handbag collection immediately after completing a degree in apparel design from Parsons School of Design and finally four years later transitioned the collection into the markedly distinct body-jewelry of today. She blurs the lines between the garment and accessory. All of the jewelry is created and designed three-dimensionally using traditional garment draping techniques. Each season, Bliss focuses on a new part of the body to enhance and decorate, inspiration is found in history, the study of Hawaiian culture or corsets and armor as well as the architecture of New York such as the Brooklyn Bridge and Chrysler building. Claw Money x Gabriel Urist

Claw Money and Gabriel Urist have collaborated to create a jewelry collection based on the peacock feather seen on the Claw Money x Nike Vandals from last year. The collection consists of a 4″ pendant on silk cord, 4″ sterling silver earrings, a 2″ pendant on a silk cord, 2″ earrings, 18k gold plated over sterling - 4″ pendant on a silk cord, 4″ gold plated earrings, a 2″ pendant on silk cord and 2″ earrings. They’re available exclusively through Claw Money’s online shop.

Ashley & Mary-Kate Olsen Jewelry

This September, Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen will debut their collection of jewelry. The Elizabeth and James collection will consist of 80 gold and silver pieces. The twin sisters enlisted the help of the very famous Robert Lee Morris to design the collection.

Martin Margiela Jewelry

The environment, conservation and recycling has been getting more and more attention the past little while. Perhaps these new accessories are one of the most clever ways of showing that you’re down for the cause. These are the brainchild of Belgian designer, Martin Margiela, who most often favours can openers, adds a bit of gold to them, and places them on rings, necklaces, and bracelets.
