Hellz

The latest release from Hellz Bellz comes in the form of some new skate decks. I know there are hardcore girl skaters out there, but I think these are more form over function pieces. There are a total of three decks, which are available now through zazzle.
More after the jump.

Crooks & Castles and Hellz Bellz have both collaborated with Mojo Laboratories to create some special USB Flash Drives. Crooks got all gangster making theirs in the form of a bullet, while Hellz chose a more conservative route choosing a more simple form, and decorating it with their logos. No information on availability yet, but we’ll keep you posted.

Karl Lagerfeld has been recreated in teddy bear form. The ones to take on such a challenging feat is German brand, Steiff. The resemblance to the actual Karl is stunning! Well as far at the outfit goes anyhow. The teddy bear is limited to 2500, and releases in September at Neiman Marcus stores. They will go for a whopping $1500.

Karl Lagerfeld has joined forces with Dubai Infinity Holdings. The project requires Karl’s creative juices, however not to design clothing, but to design a series of homes. He will be responsible for designing 80 homes on Dubai’s Isla Moda. Stay tuned to see what the master comes up with.

Alexandre Herchcovich has joined forces with Johnson & Johnson for a limited collection of colourfully patterned Band-Aids. The look great, but alas, you won’t find these at your nearby drugstore.

Since we’re in the middle of renovations, there’s been a bunch of ideas running through my head. We’ve got new pipes, a new tub, new toilet, new windows, new doors, new tiles, new, new colours, etc… But the thing that I’ve really been excited about lately are vinyl wall stickers. I love the freedom and variety it affords you as opposed to wallpaper. You can apply it in a number of ways, switch it up if you’re not happy with it, take it off and move it to another room if you choose, or just throw it out if you’re sick of it and get some new ones. I’ve been looking at quite a bit of styles, and I’m looking to decorate pretty much every room:)
Check out some of my potential choices after the jump.

Next month, Dior in collaboration with ModeLabs will be releasing these mobile phones. The Dior phone offers a new gimmick: a miniature phone barely bigger than a USB key. Dior says the mini “My Dior,” as it is called, is handy for women who don’t want to rummage through their bags to find their phones. Instead, the mini version of the phone clips to the outside of a bag for easier access. It communicates with the main phone, so people can pick up or make calls with My Dior and use the main phone for more complicated functions. The phones will be priced from €3,500, or $5,000, and up.

Patricia Field latest project has absolutely nothing to do with fashion design. In fact, she ended up working with Coca Cola to design some bottles (naturally for diet Coke). The bottles will only be available at Selfridges. The gold bottle represents career, the red one passion, the pink one love, and the blue one fashion.

Since we are in the middle of doing renovations, I’ve been looking a lot at tiles, flooring, wallpaper, even toilets! Who thought there were so many different kinds of toilets?? I sooo cannot make up my mind. Anyhow, I stumbled onto this light-emitting wallpaper, created by Jonas Samson. Let’s not get too technical about how it works, but the point is that your wallpaper lights up. Pretty cool and futuristic! It could definitely make things creepy though depending on the wallpaper and the shadows they might cast. They are currently custom made, so the starting price is 6000 Euros.
