So we visited the south of Hungary recently to do a Street Studio exhibit. While there, we decided to take some snaps of people from the city of Pécs. Here’s the first one.

I see you like to take photos. Do you always have your camera with you?
Yeah most of the time it’s always in my bag, but since I’m very scattered I sometimes forget it at home. Or worse, I leave home with a dead battery or full memory card.

What words would you use to describe your life currently?
Free, colourful, energetic, and most importantly: complete.

How much emphasis do you place on your outfits and getting dressed up?
I find it very important for self expression. I love comfortable clothing, so quite often I’m most attracted to oversized stuff.

What was the last thing you bought?
A super comfortable Imogen sweater (but I have to keep it tucked away since it’s a Christmas present), along with a metal bracelet featuring New York’s subway map I got from the ICP-bÅ‘l (International Center of Photography).

And what is it that you are dying to get?
There’s a whole bunch of things, but thankfully Christmas is just around the corner. I really like Janka Juhos’ huge bracelets from her Winter Color Project.

Is there anything you’d change about your hometown, Pécs?
Maybe the taste in music so that my favourite DJs would come here so that I wouldn’t have to make the trek up to Budapest everytime there’s a good show.
